These Terms cover both this website and the GoodForm app. If you've only joined the waitlist, the one thing that currently applies to you is the last section below: we'll email you when early access opens. Everything else describes what you're agreeing to once GoodForm launches and you create an account.
Agreement to these terms
By joining the waitlist, visiting this website, or later creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don't use the site or the app.
Not medical advice
GoodForm provides general posture information, AI-generated posture scores, and corrective exercise suggestions for educational and fitness purposes only. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Always talk to a doctor or physical therapist before starting a new exercise routine, especially if you have a recent injury, chronic pain, or an existing medical condition. If you're within the first 2 weeks of an injury, GoodForm will tell you to check with a professional first. Please do.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account, and you must be at least 13 years old to use GoodForm.
Acceptable use
Use GoodForm only for its intended purpose: scanning and improving your own posture. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the app, interfere with its operation, misuse the leaderboard (for example, by impersonating another user or posting inappropriate usernames), or use the app or website in any way that violates applicable law.
Subscriptions and purchases
GoodForm offers optional paid plans (monthly, annual, and, during limited promotional windows, a one-time lifetime purchase) that unlock the full corrective exercise plan, unlimited scans, and progress history. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled, and are billed through your Apple or Google account. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies; we do not process refunds directly. Lifetime purchases are one-time, non-refundable except where required by law or store policy, and grant access for as long as GoodForm operates as an app.
Free trials
Where offered, a free trial converts automatically into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. You'll be reminded before you're charged.
The leaderboard
The leaderboard is optional and off by default. If you opt in, your username and posture score are visible to other users. You can opt out at any time in Settings.
Your content
Photos you take for a scan are processed on your device and are never sent to us. Any information you do save to your account (profile details, scan results, exercise progress) remains yours. See our Privacy Policy for how it's stored and how to delete it.
Disclaimer of warranties
GoodForm is provided "as is." Posture scores and findings are generated by an on-device model and, like any automated assessment, may be inaccurate or incomplete. We do not guarantee any specific health outcome, pain reduction, or improvement in posture from using the app.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoodForm and its developers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app or website, including from performing exercises suggested by the app. Exercise involves inherent risk. Stop immediately if something causes pain and consult a professional.
Changes to the app, website, or these terms
We may update GoodForm's features, this website, or these terms over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app.
Termination
You may stop using GoodForm and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist only reserves your spot for early access. It isn't an account and doesn't obligate you to anything. You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time by emailing us below.
